Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) is a language access solution utilizing telecommunication devices such as land-line phones, smartphones, laptops and tablets. This service is performed through a remote interpreter who facilitates communication between providers of service and Limited English Proficient Individuals.
Language World provides on-demand OPI interpreting solutions with access to 200 languages from Language World’s 30-seat, 5,000 square foot call center located in Sacramento, California.
